I loved this app until recently when full screen ads started popping in every few minutes. I understand ads are one of the ways they make money in a free version, but they already had ads between puzzles, a constant ad bar at the bottom, and micro-transactions to purchase new puzzles. That was all fine, but with these new full screen ads all the time, I don't use it nearly as much and am considering just removing it. I can't even get through the frame of the puzzle without a couple of ads.

Kindly note that the Premium upgrade allows you to completely remove third-party ads from the app and create an unlimited number of your own puzzles. This is a one-time purchase that opens these functions for you forever.

Beautiful pictures and smooth operation but WAY too many ads. Every 3 -5 pieces set an ad pops up. Annoying but the ads were short so I dealt but now every 3rd or 4th ad it just freezes everything and the only thing you can do is close the app and open it back up, and find your puzzle again, before you can continue playing. I bought several sets of puzzles and I thought that while playing puzzles I PAID for the ads would either be gone or at least be less often. NOPE still just as many.

Thank you for the feedback! Ads can only be removed for the entire app at a time by purchasing the Premium upgrade. We apologize for the unsatisfying playing experience. Please, send an email to support@jigsawhd.zendesk.com and provide the screenshots of the ads that freeze the app so that we can identify the advertisers and block the ads.

I really loved this app. Theres a huge range of free puzzle options and the pictures are so pretty. Unfortunately, I usually end up rage quitting well before finishing a puzzle these days. Ads pop up every 3-4 puzzle moves, and its so frustrating. I dont mind ads in my games. I understand they're there so I can play for free. But its gotten so excessive the last month or 2. If cost is a factor, they could easily cut down on the hundreds of puzzle options they provide. Im just really disappointed
